We sell promises and ideas, hard work, experience and know-how. We can give you the first two items for free. You will receive a valuable vision of your dream. We don’t make money on charging for sketches, rather we sketch to convince you of our skill, so that we can begin working together successfully. It’s either one or the other.

We are fully committed to our job

The concept is the key, but the real secret to the success of our projects lies in our top-notch services and attention to detail while maintaining a view of the project as a whole. The process involves a constant flow of information about requirements, and hundreds of small tasks that together create a whole. That is why we emphasise communication with you as a client throughout the whole project, and that is why we supervise the works until the completion of the final adjustments. We create the project, realise it and successfully finish it.

Discussing the price from the beginning to the end

We are probably going to be the most expensive option, but we will provide hard work and excellent value for your dollar. The price of the architect is important, but it should not be the main aspect of your decision-making. That is why we offer a free concept. Our goal is to be creative within the limitations of the budget. We discuss the price from our first meeting, and we will never tell you that there are things you simply can’t afford.
