Having seen the land plot for the first time, we knew immediately that this would be a challenge. A twenty-meter superelevation within the land plot! The concept of overlapping mass brought daylight during the whole day also in the winter. On the other hand, the generous summer terrace is partly hidden from the burning summer sun.
